Parketvloer behandelen met UV, zonder droogtijd.

Een houten vloer is een mooi bezit met een warme uitstraling, maar ziet u er ook zo tegenop als u uw vloer opnieuw moet laten schuren, dat is nu niet meer nodig.
Dankzij led-UV, kan dit proces in 1 dag geregeld worden.

Wat houdt deze nieuwe techniek nu eigenlijk in? Het is een milieuvriendelijke led-UV-hardwaxolie die in 2 seconden droogt dankzij led-technologie.
Toepassingen zijn o.a. houten vloeren en meubels.
De voordelen van parketvloer behandelen met UV zijn dat het in 1 laag aan te brengen is en dat het direct loopbaar/bruikbaar is, en na 6 uur ook waterbestendig. Denk hierbij aan grote projecten die meteen weer begaanbaar zijn.

Bestaande vloeren-meubels behandelen

In het geval van een nieuwe vloer kunt u na het stofvrij maken onmiddellijk beginnen met aanbrengen van de olie. Als de vloer al in gebruik is dient deze eerst geschuurd te worden.
Breng de olie aan en wrijf deze goed uit, hierna droogt u de vloer met een led-UV mobiele unit of bij kleine oppervlakten de led-UV-handunit. Zie foto’s.

“De Smaak van” uit Velddriel werkt al vanaf het begin van de ontwikkeling met deze technologie, zowel met de olie als de machines, en dan met name voor de particuliere sector en de winkelmarkt. Machines om direct te drogen met UV bestaan al, maar hier is een afzuiginstallatie voor nodig en er is een enorm hoog stroomverbruik. Deze 2 nadelen zijn er niet bij led-UV. Een grote speler in zowel de led-UV-olie als de led-UVmachines is Monocoat.
